Yes! All entrances into the building are controlled access.
Guests must not occupy the apartment for more than 14 days in any 12 month period or 7 consecutive days without prior notice. Resident bears all responsibility for their guests and their actions. Additional temporary keys can be made during guest stays.
Tenants can pay via check, ACH, debit, or credit cards. *additional processing fees for ACH, debit, or credit cards.
All utilities are included in your ledger and paid alongside your rent.

We can only hold apartments for complete applications, this means all payments have been made. We can only hold for 2 weeks.
